Before I start, I KNOW this may kick off a war on who's right and who's wrong, but that is not the desired results I'm after. To those of us who enjoy eating BBQ. we have come to accept that different regions have different ways to make their Q taste good. Texas, being the BBQ capital of the world (IMHO), must have thousands of places that are on the bucket list of BBQ enthusiasts. I'm not looking to start a war, but I have to know one thing about San Antonio. Are there any great places for BBQ that will make us want to eat until we explode, or should we travel the extra half hour and visit Lockheart TX so we can say we've eaten in the BBQ capital of Texas? Any recommendations since the Three's DA Life! crew will only have a day and maybe a half in the S/A area and it would be a shame to miss out on some landmark BBQ place.
